**The Role**:
Garfinkel's Nightclub, the ultimate party spot in Whistler, is on the hunt for an Assistant General Manager to help us keep the good times rolling.

If you're all about delivering stellar guest experiences, leading an awesome team, and throwing epic parties, we want YOU

You will assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of nightclub operations, including staff management, event planning, budgeting, and inventory control.

**Responsibilities**:

- Full sales & product knowledge
- Schedule and managing a team (including recruitment, training and development, coaching and discipline management)
- Attend and contribute to regular operations meeting focused on profit and revenue, labour and employee feedback
- Daily inventory to ensure the business is set up for success for the following shift
- Liquor license compliance
- Champion internal feedback and hook up programs
- Marketing and event execution

**Requirements**:

- Hospitality/Marketing/Sales background preferred
- Guest experience focused with community connections
- Administration and computer skills (Microsoft products, POS, employee timekeeping programs)
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong communication skills and ability to react calmly to challenging and stressful situations
- Serving It Right certification
- First Aid (or ability to acquire)

**Salary and Team Perks**:

- $55,000 - $62,000 annual salary based on experience and qualifications.
