Our team manufactures everything from one-off products for the entertainment industry to high volume products, proprietary or not, that we market through distribution channels and end users in a variety of industries.

**We are actively seeking a motivated Office Admin to join our team**.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- AP/AR entries and related activities
- Sales ordering process
- General office administration
- Reception
- Other tasks as required

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
- Certification or other formal training in office administration
- Able to type 45 wpm and accurately
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency in computer software including MS Office, PDF, etc
- Fast learner and great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, analyze, and problem solve
- Junior bookkeeping experience a plus
- Experience with MS Dynamics (accg) and Alliance (mfg) an asset

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
