We’re Hiring Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative / Office Admin / Sales
We are a **unique and growing business** in an exciting and challenging industry. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a **reliable, self-motivated, and hands-on individual** to join our team in a dynamic role that combines **dispatching, customer service, office administration, and sales**.
**About the Role**:
This is a **multi-faceted position** where no two days are the same. You’ll be the key link between our customers, field teams, and management — ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent service, and efficient scheduling. You’ll also assist in supporting warehouse operations and coordinating fleet maintenance for our service trucks. Duties will include dispatching technicians to job sites, answering high call volumes, and other general office related duties. This position requires the following experience/skills:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of service teams
- Provide accurate quotes, process sales orders, and assist with invoicing
- Maintain organized office records and filing systems
- Monitor and schedule fleet maintenance and repairs
- Support warehouse operations as needed
- Assist management in operational planning and workflow improvements
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience in **dispatching, customer service, office administration, or sales** (multi-role experience a strong asset)
- **Mechanically inclined** or comfortable with basic fleet maintenance coordination
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a **fast-paced** environment
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-starter who works well independently and in a team
- Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc
- Basic knowledge of shipping/receiving, purchase orders, and inventory control
- Ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with high-stress environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Experience/Credentials:
- Office Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Diploma or higher level of achievement from any accredited post-secondary Business faculty (preferred)
