**Job Summary**

We’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and a key player in keeping our paperless office running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-comfortable, enjoys working in a professional setting, and is eager to learn and grow.

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars using cloud-based tools
- Organize and maintain digital client files via SharePoint
- Assist with client onboarding and document follow-up
- Prepare and proofread letters, reports, and other professional correspondence
- Support electronic document workflows (e.g., scanning, uploading, e-signatures)
- Prepare and submit CRA correspondence as directed (e.g., authorization forms, response letters)
- Assist with e-filing of tax returns and confirmations using CRA-certified software
- Track and follow up on CRA requests, notices, and client communications
- Assist with invoice tracking and general administrative tasks
- Order supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Support busy periods such as tax season with reliability and attention to detail

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role (accounting or finance experience is an asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and digital file management
- Experience handling CRA correspondence or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with tax e-filing platforms (e.g., TaxCycle, ProFile, or similar) is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a paperless, tech-friendly office environment
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:15 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.
