**Position: Site Supervisor (Low-Rise Division)**
Penegal Trim is an industry leader, supplying and installing interior doors, trim and hardware to prominent sub-division builders across the GTA and surrounding areas.
**Position Description**
- Penegal Trim’s Site supervisor provides the knowledge, skills and experience required to manage the day-today operations of each of his/her jobsites.
**Responsibilities**
- Measure houses and schedule (w/ our office & carpenters) for 1st trim.
- Walk all houses upon completion.
- Follow up with carpenters on day of installation that all materials required have been delivered and material is indeed correct.
- Deliver any materials required to complete the job, by own vehicle or schedule with shipping department (this includes any backorders).
- Follow up with any backorders / special orders for a delivery date (and be proactive - let builder know once you have this information).
- Ensure that 2nd trims are scheduled ahead of time, to allow enough time for preparation. Deliver any back trims or schedule delivery with Hardware Department
- Schedule service work orders between builder service department and/or homeowners, and confirm proper material required to complete the work orders.
- Obtain Purchase Orders for any service work orders that are required.
- Follow up on a weekly basis with the service departments to stay updated.
- Complete Monthly Safety Toolbox Talks with all Subcontractors.

- 30 minute break for lunch and two 15 minute breaks are mandatory within these hours.
**Compensation**
- $55,000 Annual Salary, Management Level Benefits, and use of Company Vehicle.
- Annual Review with Manager.
