We are seeking an experienced **Operations Supervisor** to lead and manage our logistics and operations team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, focusing on team leadership, operational planning, reporting, and contingency management. As the Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the entire order fulfillment process, manage a team responsible for daily deliveries, and optimize operational efficiency across our distribution network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**: Lead and manage the operations team, which includes order processors, drivers, and administrative staff. Provide coaching, training, and support to ensure high team productivity and operational excellence.
- **Operational Planning & Coordination**: Develop and implement operational plans for seamless delivery scheduling, driver dispatching, and efficient carrier utilization. Continuously identify and implement improvements to streamline operations.
- **Order Management & Invoicing**: Ensure accurate order entry, processing, and invoicing through ERP systems such as SAGE300, Simply Accounting, and ACCPAC. Collaborate with the sales and distribution teams to guarantee timely and error-free order fulfillment.
- **Delivery & Distribution Oversight**: Oversee the coordination of daily deliveries, ensuring that they are scheduled and dispatched effectively to meet customer demands. Optimize routing and delivery processes to improve overall efficiency.
- **Reporting & Data Analysis**: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, including key metrics on order fulfillment and delivery status. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and operational improvements.
- **Contingency Management**: Proactively manage risks related to operations by developing and implementing contingency plans to address potential disruptions, ensuring continuity of operations in emergencies.
- **Collaboration with Sales & Management**: Work closely with the sales team and senior management to align operations with business objectives, ensuring efficient coordination between sales, logistics, and customer service teams.
- **Administrative Support**: Supervise day-to-day administrative tasks, including document control and customer communications, ensuring all processes run smoothly and meet company standards.
- **Retail Office Management**: Maintain the retail office and distribution areas to uphold brand standards, overseeing merchandising and physical presentation.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **team supervision** and operational leadership, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Expertise in **operational planning**, resource allocation, and performance reporting.
- Strong proficiency in **order entry, invoicing**, and **ERP systems** (SAGE300, Simply Accounting, ACCPAC).
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

**Salary**: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
