We are seeking a **dedicated, hands-on Site Supervisor** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with construction experience who can balance site leadership, light hands-on work, client interaction, and business growth support.

Job Overview

As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations at healthcare construction and renovation sites, while also contributing to project planning, scheduling, and client-facing tasks. This hybrid role combines site supervision with light estimation, scheduling, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily on-site activities for healthcare construction/renovation projects.
- Supervise subcontractors, trades, and laborers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Read and interpret permit drawings, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
- Perform light hands-on/general work as needed (basic handyman-level tasks).
- Support creation of construction schedules and timelines.
- Assist with preparing estimates and proposals for projects.
- Conduct site visits with clients, including occasional sales-related walkthroughs and discussions.
- Ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and manage inspections.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and material tracking.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and progress, reporting updates to management.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients, architects, and engineers.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in construction (supervision or leadership experience preferred).
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret permit and construction drawings.
- Familiarity with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and inspections process.
- Hands-on ability to assist with light construction/handyman-type tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the GTA.
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency with computers and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with trades and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to travel to multiple project sites across the GTA.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with occasional extended hours (evenings/weekends when needed).
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Compensation
- **Salary**: $45,000 - $55,000 annually (depending on experience).
- **Bonuses & Commissions**: Performance-based incentives for successful project delivery and business development contributions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
