Our Project Management division is rapidly growing and we are looking for key members who are familiar with the custom homes, and large scale renovation sectors of construction who can stand with us while we change the perception of the industry.

**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise construction sites to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress
- Implement and enforce project schedules, deadlines, and budgets
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly
- Review schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and documentation
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and construction estimating processes
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff, including training and development opportunities

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in quality control procedures within the construction industry
- Experience with software like Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings effectively
- Familiarity with tools such as One Drive for document management
- Strong budgeting skills to manage project costs effectively
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques for accurate project planning
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects from start to finish
- Ability to read and interpret building plans accurately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:
