**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain drawing standards to ensure consistency and excellence.
Manage block and symbol libraries to optimize design workflows.
Enhance workflow efficiency through continuous process improvement.
Provide expert technical support to technicians and drafters, resolving software issues related to Autodesk, Bentley, and GIS tools.
Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in the CAD field, staying up to date on the latest features and workflows of Autodesk and Bentley software.
Manage documentation and backup processes to safeguard project data.
Train and support technicians and designers to enhance their proficiency.
Configure job settings for the technician and designer team.
Manage licenses for Autodesk, Bentley, GIS, and other relevant production software (e.g., Bluebeam).
Contribute to the refinement of production and planning processes.
Collaborate on plan and design corrections in municipal, road, and riparian engineering projects.
**Qualifications**:
College diploma in civil engineering or equivalent.
Extensive experience using CAD software.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar managerial position.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Proficiency in Civil 3D software.
Fluent in French (5/5) and functional English.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in developing and implementing drafting standards.
Background in 3D graphic modeling.
