**Customer Service Representative**

**Job Summary**

VViViD Vinyl is a company specialized in creative technology for professionals and Do-It-Yourselfer's alike. We manufacture paints, adhesives, and proprietary products in the automotive, architectural, and marketing industries.

**The applicant must**:

- Have good computer knowledge (MS and Google Suite).
- Be able to speak, read, and write in English and French.
- Excellent oral and written comprehension, and active listening.
- Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude and empathy towards customers consistently.
- Service orientated, organized, and punctual.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- _Knowledge of cars or vinyl wrapping a plus_
- Be able to work well in a team and independently.
- Well-developed interpersonal and logic skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by processing orders, handling questions, delivery status, and concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
- Resolve and closely monitor customer concerns.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and concerns.
- Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer issues.
- Drafting status reports on customer service concerns as requested.
- Gain knowledge of our products
- Monitor after-sales inquiries.
- Work cooperatively with peers and other departments.
- Attend departmental meetings.
- Able to sit for long periods of time.
- Lift up to 25lbs occasionally.

**Job Types**: Monday to Friday, Full-time, permanent
