**REPRÉSENTANT DU SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE**

Quickstyle Industries, distributeur et fabricant de revêtements de sol, est à la recherche d'un(e) représentant du service à la clientèle expérimenté pour un poste permanent à temps plein.

Relevant à la coordonnatrice des opérations, le représentant du service à la clientèle sera responsable de fournir un service à la clientèle de qualité par téléphone et par courriel et de maintenir des standards élevés en tout temps.

**Tâches et responsabilités essentielles**
- S'engager avec les clients pour fournir des services exceptionnels et établir des relations solides.
- Appels sortants pour le suivi des demandes de produits et de services en temps opportun.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des ventes pour tous les détails relatifs aux commandes des clients, des demandes d'échantillons aux demandes de prix.
- Liaison avec l'entrepôt, la logistique, les achats, le marketing, les finances et les ventes afin de mieux répondre aux demandes, commandes et problèmes des clients.
- Vérifier les commandes ouvertes quotidiennement, en s'assurant que les commandes soient valides, vérifier l'exactitude des ETA sur les commandes en attente.
- Traiter les demandes des clients de manière efficace.
- Faire preuve de professionnalisme, d'une attitude positive et d'une étiquette téléphonique exceptionnelle.

**Qualifications**
- 3 ans et plus dans un environnement de service à la clientèle de bureau professionnel, connaissance de la gestion de comptes et/ou expérience en gestion de projet afin de créer, maintenir et améliorer les relations avec les clients.
- Excellente maîtrise écrite et verbale du français et de l'anglais.
- Fortes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Diplôme ou diplôme d'études postsecondaires.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de service téléphonique et de service à la clientèle.
- Doit être travaillant(e), proactif et résoudre les problèmes.
- Bonnes compétences informatiques, avec une maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word et Excel)
- Horaire du lundi au vendredi, sur place.

**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

Quickstyle Industries, leading flooring distributor and manufacturer is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a permanent, full-time position.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding services and build strong relationships.
- Outbound calling to follow-up on products and service inquiries in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Sales Team for all details pertaining to customer’s orders, from sample demands to pricing inquiries.
- Liaises with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, marketing, product development, finance and sales in order to best support the fulfillment of customer's inquiries, orders and issues.
- Review open orders on a daily basis, ensuring that orders are valid, verify ETA accuracy on backorders.
- Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient and effective.
- Demonstrates professionalism, positive attitude and exceptional telephone etiquette.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years in a professional office Customer Service environment, knowledge of account management and or project management experience in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Written and verbal proficiency in French and English is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Post-secondary Diploma or Degree.
- Exceptional phone and customer service skills.
- Must be hardworking, proactive and a problem solver.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Monday to Friday schedule on site.
