We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a motivated, bilingual, and well-spoken individual to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with existing customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth purchasing process.
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Following up on invoices and payments.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in both French and English.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.

Nous recrutons actuellement pour le poste de Représentant du service à la clientèle. Nous recherchons une personne motivée, bilingue et s'exprimant bien pour se joindre à notre équipe. Le Représentant du service à la clientèle sera chargé de développer de nouvelles pistes, de communiquer avec les clients existants, de comprendre leurs besoins et d'assurer un processus de vente harmonieux.
**Responsabilités**:
- Communiquer avec les clients, faire des appels sortants aux clients potentiels et assurer le suivi des pistes.
- Comprendre les besoins des clients et identifier les opportunités de vente.
- Se tenir au courant des informations et des mises à jour sur les produits et les services.
- Créer et maintenir une base de données de clients actuels et potentiels.
- Expliquer et démontrer les caractéristiques des produits et services.
- Se tenir informé des produits et services concurrents.
- Assurer le suivi des factures et des paiements.
- Rechercher et qualifier de nouveaux prospects.
- conclure des ventes et atteindre les objectifs de vente.
**Exigences**:
- Diplôme d'études secondaires/GED.
- Expérience préalable dans un centre d'appels ou dans un poste de vente connexe, de préférence.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en français et en anglais.
- Bon sens de l'organisation et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Excellentes aptitudes à téléphoner et à faire des appels à froid.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
