Ultident Scientific is a leader in the distribution of lab supplies since 1992. We have built our business catering to academic, government, clinical and biotechnology accounts across Canada. Our products cater to life sciences laboratories and focus on areas as diverse as liquid handling, cell and tissue culture, high throughput screening and molecular biology.

The Customer Service Representative will manage all aspects of customer service relationships. They must have strong attention to detail and be able to communicate with clients in a timely, professional manner.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responds to and resolves customer requests including processing orders, requests for pricing, product availability, delivery, billing questions as well as returns and cancellations
- Manage all aspects of customer service relationships
- Understand client’s needs and requirements
- Work closely with Outside Sales Representatives
- Liaison between the customer and the warehouse
- Reporting as needed to Sales Representatives, Customers, and Management
- Maintain accurate customer information and update customer information in the database (SAP)

Q**UALIFICATIONS**:

- Fluently bilingual: English/French
- Strong PC knowledge, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- 1-2 years of related customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills; written and oral
- Strong organizational and time management skills along with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work well with people at all levels - aka team player
- Can work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness
- Organization and planning skills to meet customer commitments in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: From $41,404.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saint-Laurent, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
