We’re currently looking for a
**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**
Our team of coffee experts is responsible for the distribution and service of a variety of commercial coffee equipment. Our customer service team ensures consistency and quality across our offerings, providing exceptional service when responding to customer demands. As a Servomax Customer Service Representative, you will be a key player in creating an engaging work environment for our clients and their employees.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2 or more years of experience in a similar position
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal (French and English)
- Ability to take initiative, be flexible and multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- General Banking system knowledge
- Experience with CRM/ERP (an asset)
As a new employee you will:
- have access to our database of customers and products
- be provided with the necessary tools
- get set up on a comprehensive training plan that covers fundamental skills, tools, and knowledge necessary to be successful and efficient before entering the field
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide quality customer service
- Provide product recommendations and upgrades to clients (upsell)
- Flag inconsistencies and follow up with order issues
- Create customer orders, sales reps requests, and generate packing slips. Scanning Files (packing slips, Invoices)
- Update customer information in CRM and E-commerce platform
- Act as an inside sales representative for smaller accounts
- Assist sales representatives with client questions related to backorder and status of order
- Make sure complaints are taken care of immediately
- Product Knowledge, finding appropriate substitutes for unavailable products
- Set up users and accounts on Ecommerce
- Creation of management SKUs in GP and Ecommerce
- Handle administrative and set up tasks for partner accounts
- Verification of open orders and backorders
Schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
