**Title**:Bilingual Customer Service Representative
**Reports To**:Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor
**Summary**
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) is required to provide a high level of customer service to clients at all times while striving to achieve business targets through superior telephone and written communication skills. The CSR will also be responsible for handling general inquiries and referring escalated calls to the appropriate Representative/Department. They are also responsible for the resolution of client inquiries and concerns. Integrity, vision, professionalism, and passion are key components of this position and other duties may be assigned as necessary.
**Job Duties**
- Refer escalated customer calls to the appropriate personnel/department.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues via telephone.
- Assist customers with standard account-related requests.
- Provide information about Company products and services, charges and service conditions, and service availability.
- Update internal systems and databases with accurate messages regarding transactions.
- Conduct call-backs to ensure customer satisfaction, as necessary.
- Other duties may be assigned as required.
**Requirements**:
- Secondary School Diploma required.
- 2-5 years' experience in Customer Service preferred.
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always.
- Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
**Work Conditions**
- Manual dexterity is required to operate telephone, computer, and peripherals.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Interacts with employees, management, and the public at large.
- Repetitive work.
- Irregular hours.
- Overtime may be required.
