**Job Title**:_**Administrative Coordinator**_
**Job Duties**
- Patient care duties including: preparation of all paperwork, requisitions, consents, and instructions for patients based on physician’s treatment plan; acting as liaison between patients, physicians, nurses, and affiliated agencies; and maintenance of patient records (including scanning and uploading reports to electronic charts)
- Other duties including: coordinating shipment of specimens and pickup of blood samples; receiving of deliveries; stocking and organization of exam rooms, including monitoring of inventory; regular area sanitization and removal of garbage; reprocessing medical instruments and maintaining reprocessing area; SOP creation and management; and other special projects as required

Knowledge Requirements:
- Knowledge of fertility, obstetrical, and gynecological treatments and services
Physical Requirements:
- Able to sit for long periods of time
- Able to lift boxes/items up to 50 lbs. (reprocessing)
- Able to stand for long periods of time - bending, stretching, scrubbing (reprocessing)
License/Certification Requirements:
- Medical Office Administration certification an asset but not required
- Reprocessing certification an asset but not required
Other Abilities Requirements:
- Positive attitude, with a passion for quality patient care
- Self-motivated
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
- Problem solving
- Ability to remain empathetic, friendly, and professional
- Comfortable working with a diverse population
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
