Intake Administrative Coordinator
**Overview**:
Seiden Health is seeking an experienced Intake Administrative Coordinator to join our administrative team. You will be receiving referral requests from clients and coordinate with Intake Coordinators and Clinical Triage to ensure the referrals are processed. The position is well suited for a reliable self-starter with strong organizational skills and someone who is equally productive when working independently or as part of a team.
**Role Requirements**:
- Receive (“unpacking”) referrals from SmartSimple, eClaims Workflow, and other secure file sharing portals by confirming receipt to the client, assigning to Intake Coordinators, and ensuring the referrals are sent to Clinical Triage.
- Ensure that referrals received are complete.
- Enter cases into our case management system.
- Generate notices/correspondence and scheduling secondary service providers.
- Ensure queues are cleared and that service details are sent to the client within a timely manner.
- Follow-up for any outstanding information for referrals as needed.
- Communicating with Claimants, Legal Representatives, and clients.
- Assist with administrative follow ups.
- Assist with booking referrals as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in Intake/Referral Coordination or Documents Coordination
- Experience with IME administration
- Understanding of relevant legislation (SABS, Insurance Act, PIPEDA)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with SAAS services like SmartSimple, eClaims Workflow, Box
- Post-secondary education is an asset.
**Job Type**: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. On-site staff preferred, but hybrid or work from home are possible.
