**Responsibilities**:

- Plan drivers' routes;
- Assign drivers their trips;
- Ensure drivers adhere to driving hours;
- Cross Dock expertise;
- Forklift experience;
- Take into account the urgent nature of certain orders;
- Ensure compliance with transport standards;
- Ensure proper preparation of transport documents and routes;
- Communicate all useful information to drivers;
- Ressource for the evening and nigth beakdown.

**General qualifications**:

- Certificate in transport logistics or dispatching, or relevant experience in a similar position;
- Organizational skills and ability to adapt to change;
- Ability to communicate and listen;
- Planning skills and proactivity;
- Disposition for teamwork and collaboration;
- Knowledge of the road network;
- Familiarity with the Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
