**What we offer**:

- Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
- Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, The Dispatch Coordinator will play an integral role in the management of our operational fleet division.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Daily billing to 20+ customers with precise accuracy
- Processing of 25+ driver and owner operator payroll with precise accuracy
- Training and guiding drivers and owner operators on accurate paperwork procedures
- Handle inquiries from customers and drivers regarding billing and payroll
- Auditing of orders in TMW, support dispatch with entering and updating orders and driver details
- Ensuring rate matrixes are accurate and up to date
- Evaluating lanes to ensure margin targets are met
- Utilizing customer web portals to upload invoices and supporting documents
- Communicating and obtaining accessorial approval with customers directly in a timely fashion
- Ensuring orders are closed and finalized for payment on customer portals
- Updating and training drivers and dispatch on customer requirements for administration

**Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary Education/College Diploma
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Proficient in the English language (written and oral) with strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to meet and adhere to deadlines and work under strict time constraints
- Be self-motivated and driven
- Easily adapts and is flexible in a fast paced environment
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada - no work permit sponsorship is available for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
