Dajue Art Garden is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join the growing team at our head office in Richmond.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support to senior accounting team including:

- Bookkeeping

*Payroll processing
- Bank reconciliations
- AP and AR
- Preparation of working papers
- Federal, provincial compliance reporting (GST, PST, WCB, corporate annual reports etc. )
- Filing and Data Entry
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

- Completion of a diploma or certification in Accounting or Bookkeeping
- Experience using QuickBooks
- Exposure to full cycle (including year end) accounting procedures is considered an asset

Skills and Attributes:

- Works well independently
- Excellent Organizational Skills
