As we continue to expand our operations, _**OmniSolu **_is looking for a **Part-time** **Accounting Clerk** (temporary 3-month to 6-month) support our accounting team with various bookkeeping and financial tasks.

**Work Schedule**:

- 9am to 3pm or 10am to 4pm
- 4 days a week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Record financial transactions in accounting software
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents
- Handle other clerical duties as assigned by the accounting department

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Understanding of Mandarin will be an asset
- Proven experience as an accounting clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

- QuickBooks: 2 years (required)
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
- Accounting: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
