Experienced Bookkeeper/accounting Clerk/cpa

Richmond, Canada Next Door Accounting Consultation Group Full time

This position will require the following:

- Reconciling Trust and General accounts;
- Prepare semi-monthly payroll;
- Posting Accounts
- Posting firm receipts;
- Reconcile corporate credit cards;
- Reissuing stale-dated cheques;
- Remit GST, PST and payroll deductions;
- Matching labour hour and handle PD7A payment
- Prepare year end financial reports, ROE and T4’s;
- Accounts payable follow ups;
- Inventory checks
- Handles group benefits for entire company umbrella
- Develop and present monthly accounting reports to partners; and
- Other accounting and bookkeeping duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- 3+ years experience bookkeeping
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in a high standard of work
- Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and courteous manner

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
