**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate office operations, including facility maintenance, supply management, and vendor relationships to ensure a smoothly running workplace
- Oversee office budget, process invoices, maintain expense reports, and handle basic bookkeeping duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related matters, including facility maintenance, safety protocols, and security procedures
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and other internal functions while managing associated logistics and budgets
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in office management or similar administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in budget management and basic accounting principles
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently

This is a hybrid role at our office in Kanata and requires the ability to be certified to access Controlled Goods.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Retention bonus
