- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets for the office, tracking expenses and revenues to meet financial goals.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and improve patient satisfaction.
- Handle human resources tasks such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and support acute care needs when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a dental office management role or similar position within a medical office setting.
- Proficiency in Dentrix software is essential for managing patient records and scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practices.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within a healthcare context.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred.
- Background in nursing or acute care is considered an asset but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
