**Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Maintain organized records and ensure efficient office operations.
- Utilize Google Suite for scheduling, communication, and document creation.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
