**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with brand messaging.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and mentions, and respond promptly.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Generate creative and newsworthy content, including but not limited to social media posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop multimedia content, such as videos and graphics.
- Monitor online mentions and reviews, proactively addressing any negative feedback and enhancing our online reputation.
- Develop strategies to promote positive online reviews and testimonials.
- Track and analyze social media and PR campaign performance using relevant tools and metrics.
- Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with corporate goals.

**What You Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and public relations, agency background preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and social media content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, PR software, and analytics platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts, stakeholders, and online communities.
- Crisis communication experience and the ability to handle online reputation management effectively.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bilingual: English, French.
- Videography skills preferred.

- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de médias sociaux sur diverses plateformes afin d'accroître la visibilité et l'engagement de la marque.
- Créer et conserver des contenus attrayants, y compris des textes, des images et des vidéos, qui s'alignent sur le message de la marque.
- Surveiller les canaux de médias sociaux pour repérer les tendances et les mentions, et y répondre rapidement.
- Cultiver et entretenir des relations avec les médias, les journalistes et les personnes influentes du secteur.
- Générer un contenu créatif et digne d'intérêt, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, des messages sur les médias sociaux.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour développer du contenu multimédia, tel que des vidéos et des graphiques.
- Surveiller les mentions et les critiques en ligne, répondre de manière proactive à tout commentaire négatif et améliorer notre réputation en ligne.
- Élaborer des stratégies visant à promouvoir les critiques et les témoignages positifs en ligne.
- Suivre et analyser les performances des médias sociaux et des campagnes de relations publiques à l'aide d'outils et de mesures pertinents.
- Fournir régulièrement des rapports et des informations afin d'éclairer les stratégies et les améliorations futures.
