**YOUR ROLE**

With over 290K followers on Instagram and 650,000 fans on Facebook, we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, and who is ready to engage with and grow our fan base on all platforms - while being on the lookout for new and innovative platforms to spread the Call It Spring brand love.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support growth of social channels by creating a strategic monthly social media content calendar (in collaboration with Social Media Specialist) that supports Marketing, E-comm, Public Relations and Brand Development initiatives.
- Support with daily social media responsibilities such as content calendar planning (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok), competitor research, copywriting and reporting.
- Daily community engagement on Instagram: responding to DMs, engage social media communities via engaging conversations, liaising with Customer Service to ensure that responses to customers on social media platforms are timely, effective and on-brand, and engaging with user-generated content from our #GenerationSpring Community.
- Support crisis management of issues that may arise on social media channels, following brand DNA and tone of voice
- Manage translation of French content through freelance copywriters; ensure they receive appropriate briefs and deadlines
- Coordinate with Brand Development, E-comm and Graphic Studio team, on the creation of all visual content for social media that supports and enhances priority collections, seasonal stories and trends
- Manage and coordinate contests hosted on social media platforms
- Research and network with potential ambassadors for the Call It Spring brand
- Utilize social media tools and regularly share feedback and insights gained from social media monitoring with Social Media Manager
- Measure the impact of social media programs via benchmarking and consistent analysis of the effectiveness of all Call It Spring campaigns in order to maximize results
- Oversee inventory of product samples for PR and influencer gifting
- Assemble and coordinate mailers to influencers, media, and partners
- Maintain the product storage area in the warehouse, ensuring optimal organization
- Coordinate in-store pulls for influencers, stylists and head office team
- Assist with the production and coordination of influencer events, working with internal and external teams to develop materials in a timely manner
- Ordering samples on a quarterly basis for future seasons, aligning with the direction from the Buying Team
- Support with postmortems for campaign launches and events, recapping wins and opportunities
- Produce a quarterly look book featuring key products for the season
- Conduct all other job-related activities and provide administrative support as needed
**DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1+ year PR/social media/marketing experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in related fields of marketing, public relations, or advertising
- Excellent understanding of social media landscape as well as an aptitude for Public Relations
- Ability to communicate and uphold the Call It Spring brand tone of voice across all channels
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule in order to respond to and engage with our online community
- Ability to be present at events with a professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines (often under mínimal timeframes)
- Has the ability to problem-solve, be forward thinking and anticipate needs
- Extraordinary copywriting skills
- Team player, strong attention to detail & an enthusiastic attitude
- Has finger on the pulse of trends, specifically those that speak to the Gen Z demographic (with a strong interest in pop culture and fashion)
