**Job Description**:
**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**_(Hybrid Work environment)_**

As a Social Media Specialist you will have a great opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of RW&CO. social media presence. You will be working daily with cross-functional teams to accomplish your projects, with lots of autonomy and support to really thrive.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build brand awareness and grow the brand’s presence and fan base on social media.
- Develop social media calendar for different platforms (Mainly: Instagram, Tiktok & Facebook) in alignment with the brand communication plan.
- Own the content creation process from conception to posting, including filming and editing short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram.
- Actively monitor and interpret social media KPIs and leverage them in developing engaging social content.
- Actively contribute to the paid media execution plan across all social medias and display banner ads.
- Contribute to monitoring public and private engagement on all active social media platforms, including partnering with the Customer Care team when needed.
- Identify opportunities in user generated content and leverage them to increase the relatability and authenticity of the brand.

**Qualifications**:
**QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Marketing, Communications
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing (experience within the fashion retail industry is an asset)
- Passion and enthusiasm for social media and influencer marketing.
- Experience with content creation tools and video editing is an asset.
- Ability to work in a self-directed, fast paced environment and to multi-task.
- Bilingual
