Overview:
- The Trade Spend Supervisor will assume responsibility for the following:_
- Accurate and timely financial accounting and reporting of trade accruals and expenditures including approving journal entries, approving reconciliations and publishing reports. There is a requirement to work on Sunday evenings on week 1 until automation is in place.
- Leadership and development of 2 Post Audit Associates (L03) & 2 Trade Spend Sr. Associates (L04)
- Support Team in accurate processing of customer post audits and pricing issues
- Trade liability cash flow annual plan, forecasts and analysis
- Quarterly Balance Sheet Review presentations
- Ensure compliance with relevant Trade Spend SOX controls. Complete relevant SOX testing and maintenance of narrative and test scripts.
- Active participant in weekly Compass meetings and initiatives
- Collaboration with business partners including Customer Finance, Sales, IT and Financial Reporting
- Change leadership and project management of process and system initiatives
- Drive continuous improvements in key performance metrics, processes and automation
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance - Accounting designation preferred
- Financial Reporting experience
- People leadership experience
- Advanced level of Excel knowledge
