Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst (Finance) based in Cambridge, ON. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and defining financial processes. The role will also involve evaluating and optimizing business operations, promoting the implementation of data-driven solutions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data evaluation and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process optimization
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to gather, define, and document Business Requirements
  • Experience in the financial domain and knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools and financial modeling is an asset
