**Your day-to-day activities will include**:

- Support the end-to-end delivery of the ERP Finance module with a focus on Cost Accounting, including analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment;
- Build end-to-end transactional process to facilitate full understanding of financial results;
- Work with Finance team members to gather requirements, determine expectations and finalize deliverables of the ERP project;
- Provide a detailed Blueprint document for Finance setup for the new ERP;
- Collaborate with the Senior Finance Management team, acting as a liaison for the Finance team as part of the ERP Committee;
- Identify and communicate findings to Senior Finance Management team;
- Engage with and learn each Finance team functional area by working in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Inventory, Order Entry and Financial reporting sectors to support future work required by the ERP Committee;
- Develop a comprehensive transition plan for Go Live to ensure that closing balances in the existing ERP are reconciled to the opening balances in the new ERP;
- Go-Live and Post-Live support for the new ERP solution;
- Create procedural and training documents for the Finance team;
- Support the implementation of new processes by administering training to Finance users and developing process documentation to support future training and troubleshooting;
- Duties will adapt for the Finance Analyst post-implementation of the ERP and will be as assigned; items of consideration are:

- Support future business decisions by aggregating and analyzing financial information
- Assisting with compiling data for audits and data requests
- Assist in creation of new financial reports
- Support finance team with process improvements
- Ad-hoc tasks and all other duties as assigned.
- A post-secondary education in Accounting, Business, and Finance;
- Three to five years’ experience in the implementation of Finance ERP software solutions - D365 F&O is a definite asset;
- Deep functional knowledge in Finance (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Project Management, Cash and Bank, and Budgeting);
- Knowledge in Financial Reporting is a definite asset;
- Knowledge in Inventory Costing and Accounting is a definite asset;
- Knowledge in Manufacturing Costing and Accounting is a definite asset;
- Demonstrate excellent foundational skills, including analytical knowhow, written and verbal communication, and team participation;
- Ability to solve complex problems and provide creative solutions;
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment & quickly learn new processes;
- Demonstrate creativity and have an open mind to process changes.
