We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic FOH Support member to join our team in the beautiful town of Banff. Nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, Banff is a spectacular destination that attracts visitors from all over the world. With its world class ski resorts, crystal clear lakes, and miles of hiking trails, Banff is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.

As part of our team, you'll provide essential assistance that keeps the front-of-house operations running seamlessly. Your attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction will shine as you assist with table setups, ensure cleanliness, and facilitate smooth communication between the kitchen and the dining area. Join us to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and be an integral part of creating memorable moments for our valued guests.

As FOH Support with Banff Lodging Co., you’ll be responsible for:

- Collaborate with servers to prepare tables and maintain impeccable table settings.
- Ensure a clean and organized dining environment by promptly clearing dishes and utensils.
- Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management, contributing to uninterrupted service.
- Support communication between the kitchen and FOH staff, ensuring orders are accurate and timely.
- Provide attentive and friendly customer service, enhancing the overall dining experience.

**Skills and experience**:

- Pro Serve Certification.
- Positive interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive team player attitude with the ability to work independently and a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
