**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations, including managing staff schedules and assignments.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to create an inviting environment for guests.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
- Experience in team management, including training and performance evaluation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus but not required.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
