**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including interviewing, employment law compliance, and employee orientation processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners through relationship management techniques and effective communication skills.
- Negotiate employment contracts, compensation packages, and employment terms while ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate campus recruitment efforts and participate in training & development activities to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
- Maintain detailed documentation of employee relations issues, employee evaluations, and HR sourcing activities to ensure transparency and compliance.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, recruiting (including technical recruiting), or HR sourcing with a focus on talent acquisition or internal recruiting.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, or Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems like Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft for managing recruitment workflows.
- Ability to perform research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities related to talent acquisition.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $35,500.00-$43,680.00 per year
