ActivEars is seeking a very organized and professional individual to assist our hearing health professionals and ensure that our hard of hearing patients receive the best care possible in our busy Sarnia clinic. If you have a passion for helping people live a higher quality of life by using your administrative, organizational and communication skills - we want to hear from you.

As a team we strive to be the most trusted, considerate, compassionate and competent service providers in our industry.
**As a part of our team your responsibilities will include**
Patient intake and file management,
Third party/Insurance billing,
A/R management,
Invoicing,
Scheduling appointments,
Keeping the office clean and tidy,
and more
Excellent written and oral communication skills,
Fluency in English
Experience with the Microsoft Suite, especially Word and Excel
The ability to work independently and as a team to accomplish goals.
