We are currently seeking a talented and motivated **Junior Commercial and Product Retoucher** to join our Photo Post-production Team. As a Junior Commercial and Product Retoucher, you will work closely with our experienced team members to create high-quality digital images, perform product and lifestyle retouching, and contribute to motion graphics projects. You will have the chance to learn and grow as you utilize various photo editing software, tools, and techniques, guided by our team of professionals who excel in image editing, retouching, compositing, color correction, 3D, and motion graphics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Filing and organizing photos in multiple databases for both print and web.
- Learn and develop skills in photo editing software, tools, and techniques to produce visually appealing and professionally retouched digital images.
- Assist with product and lifestyle retouching, enhancing images to meet the desired standards of quality and visual consistency.
- Contribute to motion graphics projects, learning how to add captivating visual elements.
- Collaborate with the experienced members of the Photo Post-production Team, actively participating in idea exchange and sharing insights to foster a collaborative and creative environment.
- Pay close attention to detail and strive for precision in all aspects of the retouching process, with guidance from senior team members.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in photo post-production, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills.

**Skills, Competencies & Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of photo editing software, tools, and techniques (prior experience is a plus, but not required).
- Passion for visual aesthetics and a willingness to learn and develop skills in commercial and product retouching.
- Interest in 3D art and motion graphics, with a desire to learn and contribute creatively.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
