**POST-PRODUCTION SPECIALIST**

We are seeking a creative and talented Post-Production Specialist to join our team. As a Post-Production Specialist you will work closely with our Director of Creative Production and the wider creative team to bring exciting visual projects to life. You will help deliver engaging content in the field of fashion e-commerce, editorial, video and campaign, and through collaboration, you will get to be part of the evolution of Frank and Oak’s visual identity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Retouch e-commerce images for both ready-to-wear and still life products:

- Including but not limited to: background, skin, clothing, lighting adjustments
- Colour correct imagery using the physical product
- Edit raw video footage into polished videos, ensuring smooth transitions, proper pacing, and visual continuity
- Enhance video quality through colour correction and audio adjustments
- Utilize optimal retouching approaches to achieve art direction and deliver top quality content
- Stay up-to-date with processes and creative direction
- Communicate quality and deliverable standards to freelancers (retouchers and post-production support)
- Establishing and enforcing file naming conventions
- Proactively showing initiative to foresee and resolve problems related to imagery and video content
- Responsible for cropping assets to the specified web/retail requirements
- Uploading and managing asset delivery to channel stakeholders including web merchandising team and wholesale team
- Quality control of the content uploaded to the website
- Assist in improving production efficiencies and workflow
- Assist creative production on campaigns, editorials, and studio production (ie. digitech, photo studio organization, lighting support as needed)

**Who You Are**
- Genuinely a nice human being / Fun person to work with
- 3-5 years experience as a retoucher in the fashion industry
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe, Capture One, and Video editing software
- Knowledge/experience with photography and lighting an asset
- Experience in the fashion industry and/or e-commerce
- Experience working within a Mac environment (Apple)
- Solid ability to correctly interpret light, colour, audio and other technicalities of post-production
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Autonomy and initiative
