As a **Photoshop Retoucher**, you will be part of a highly skilled team of retouchers, working together to deliver a high end final product for numerous clients, mainly portrait and commercial photographers. You must possess excellent colour correction and retouching skills in Adobe Lightroom, Capture One and Photoshop.

Your job will consist of skin retouching, creating composites, cutting out selections and editing architectural photos as per a provided set of guidelines. This also generally entails some general colour correction and exposure control prior to retouching.

**Details**:

- Temporary contract 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday
- Salary is to be discussed

Please note that the training period is approximately 6 weeks in person (office location at Place Ville Marie). Once training is completed, flexible work hours, with a hybrid work model (at the office or work from home).

**The Retoucher’s tasks will consist of**:

- Follow quality, productivity & workflows already in place as per official guidelines
- Communicate with fellow team members and clients
- Deliver a tailored customer service to all clients
- Discuss concerns & challenges to quality control team and team lead
- Continuously learn and improve on techniques provided to the team

**Requirements**:

- Extensive Lightroom & Photoshop knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Autonomous and responsible
- Customer service skills (an asset)
- General photography experience (an asset)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
