**Job Description** We are currently recruiting for a Administrative Assistant to join our Insurance Team. As the Administrative Assistant your day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Other duties as identified by the Manager
**Required Qualifications**:
- High School graduate
- Preferred at least two years in Administration/ Insurance
- Knowledge and Experience in Sales
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Must work well in a team and be able to communicate clearly and command the English language fluently
- High level of Problem Solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Formal training in business financial or related fields is an asset

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
