**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule service call appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and paper records
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas and materials
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Experience working with Microsft Office a bonus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
