about this team

The Loyalty team's focus is on building guest loyalty through driving retention, frequency and brand love with various guest segments. The Loyalty team is responsible for building the strategy, implementation and ongoing maintenance and communication of guest facing Loyalty programs as well as constantly evolving and building on the program.

**a day in the life**: what you’ll do
- You work under the leadership of the Manager, Membership Benefits to project manage & design our membership experiences in North America
- Lead the design and planning of assigned guest facing milestones, services and event segments/venues (e.g. registration, KPI’s, talent, technology partner, agency partner)
- Responsible for cross-functional partnership related to event strategy and execution. Partners include Marketing, Brand, Legal, Technology, Global Sports Marketing, Retail & Guest Education Center, production agencies, etc.
- Manage contract negotiation and execution for event talent, vendors and agencies
- Develop all relevant event planning and operational documentations (e.g. workback schedules, run of shows, venue and space floor plans, etc.)
- Lead and oversee the development of training plans for the extended event team including event staff, contractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Source and manage external suppliers and vendors
- On site/digitally, lead the briefing and training of the extended team, oversee running of the event and the delivery of services and production.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in large scale both virtual and in person event planning and product, marketing, public relations or relevant field
- Proven project management experience
- Strong administrative skills (planning, organizing, coordinating, and implementing)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet
- Passionate about creating world class guest experiences
- Agility - ability to think on their feet and respond in a solutions-oriented way to situational changes in an event setting
