RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical assistance to Account Managers and Brokers
- Data entry as needed
- Discuss any concerns or outstanding info with underwriters
- Photocopy, fax, scan, and print documents when necessary
- Perform clerical duties and utilizing systems to input and to generate data to support departments
- Saving important documents, mail, etc. to individual virtual files
- Preparing comparison quotation on renewals where necessary
- Prepare new business documents to be sent for signatures, etc
- Action all renewals, new business, and endorsements
- Update claims on CRM / Power Broker
- Process changes requests on Power Broker Review and invoice renewals and endorsements
- Issue in-house endorsements and new business on company portals
- Release renewals after making appropriate changes
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 1-2 year of insurance experience preferred
- College or University degree preferred
- R.I.B.O license preferred but not necessary
- Interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be a self starter with strong written and oral communication skills as well as organizational skills
- Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word
