**Position: Chiropractic Health Assistant / Receptionist**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Health Assistant / Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive patient experience. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients with their inquiries. Additionally, you will support our healthcare professionals and contribute to the smooth functioning of the clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized appointment calendar
- Verify and update patient information accurately in the electronic health record system
- Collect patient payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records
- Coordinate and manage patient flow, ensuring timely appointments and minimizing wait times
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Process Motor Vehicle Accident billings, treatment plans and receivables
- Process Workplace Safety Insurance Board forms, invoices, billables and receivables
- Liaise with medical doctors, lawyers, case managers and adjusters on mutual client matters
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards in handling patient information

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with chiropractic care or a healthcare setting is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using computer software, electronic health records, and scheduling systems (Jane, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Professional and positive attitude, with the ability to work well within a team

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-15 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
