**Looking for an Administrative Assistant with the following skills and requirements as outlined below**:
**Necessary Skills**:
- Able to work on your own
- Experience in sales would be an asset
- Must be great on the phone and have strong organizational skills to manage the office, schedule appointments with customers along with follow up & cold calling at times.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills: taking customer orders, sending quotes, quarterly sales summary to specific customers and sending marketing campaign's.
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp and Act would be an asset - training will be provided
**Requirements**:
- Attend trade shows in Toronto, twice a year.
- Set up business trips and make the appointments.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
- Must be outgoing and comfortable working solo in the office
- Monday - Thursday 9 am - 4 pm
- Must have a car and with snow tires.
- MUST LOVE DOGS
- Must be within 30KM of Caledon, ON
**Start date: Immediate**
**30 hour work week, more during tradeshows.**
