*Job Summary*
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrator for a Cottage Resort to join our team. The Operations Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
*Duties*
- Support the operations team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist in creating and maintaining reports and effectice communications to suppliers
- Coordinate with customers to provide support and address inquiries
- Organize and schedule trades and other operational aspects
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
*Experience*
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic administration skills
- Proficient in computerized systems and data entry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Experience in a cottage resort experience
