Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and create a professional, welcoming atmosphere
- Promote services, memberships, and skincare products through confident, client-focused sales conversations
- Schedule appointments, coordinate the clinic calendar, and follow up with clients
- Maintain client records and ensure proper documentation in the clinic system
- Keep the reception area clean and inviting
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Input and update client data in CRM and scheduling platforms
- Deliver a high standard of customer service that enhances client retention and satisfaction
- Support clinic operations through general administrative tasks
Who You Are
- You have 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally in a sales-driven environment
- You are highly motivated by sales performance and know how to confidently present products and services
- You have a high school diploma (required); post-secondary education is an asset
- You are fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory)
- You have excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM and scheduling software
- Experience with Jane, Zenoti, or other MedSpa platforms is a strong asset
- You work well independently and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
- You bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow
