Femme is looking for a welcoming, organized and professional Clinic Coordinator to create an exceptional patient and staff experience at our office in North Toronto (Avenue Rd & Lawrence Ave). **This is a part-time position** with potential to become full-time within 12 months.
- Experience working in a medical clinic
- Friendly, responsible, warm demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a tight-knit team in a fast-paced, environment
- Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional and welcoming customer service and patient care to all patients
- Knowledge of medical clinic protocol requirements and ensure clinic adheres to same
- Efficiently and professionally handle all administrative tasks with pristine attention to detail, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, billing and payment, inventory management, organizing patient records, maintaining clinic cleanliness, assist with room turnover, and ensuring a smooth clinic flow.
- Engage compassionately with our patients to ensure they feel heard, accommodated, and encounter a pleasant experience at all times.
- Answering phones and greeting patients
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Check-in and check-out patients, including receipt of payment
- Sanitize and prepare the clinic for opening/closing each day
- Maintaining the function and stock of supplies for the office, including the coffee bar and kitchen
- Actively seek out new opportunities to improve and expand our patients’ experience in the clinic
- Work collaboratively with other reception and administrative staff

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a medical clinic is required.
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience working with Jane, or a similar CRM/EMR is an asset.
- Impeccable communication skills, written and verbal.
- The ability to work under pressure and multitask is an absolute must.

**Salary**: $34,500

Hours per week: 30 hours per week (Tues, Thurs, Fri 12:30pm-7:30pm, Sat 9:30am-4:30pm).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $34,500.00 per year
