About Us

[The Clinic] is a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic offering **Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and Custom Orthotics**. We pride ourselves on providing excellent patient care in a professional and welcoming environment.

We are seeking a **dedicated and reliable full-time Clinic Coordinator / Patient Care Administrator** to manage our busy front desk and support our team of practitioners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly first impression
- Process payments, insurance forms, and direct billing
- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate practitioner schedules to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Assist with general administrative duties (filing, inventory, supplies)
- Ensure the reception area and treatment rooms remain clean and organized

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical/healthcare office** (chiropractic, physiotherapy, dental, or optometry experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Punctual, dependable, and professional at all times
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with scheduling and billing software (experience with Jane App or similar is an asset)
- Available to work **full-time, including evenings or Saturdays if needed**
