Clinical Coordinator with Experience in Social Media

Nikali Clinic, located in downtown Toronto, is a new high-tech pain/functional and cosmetic medicine clinic in a premier clinical environment. We are seeking a medical clinical coordinator with experience in social media who shares our passion for providing our community with compassion, and professional and respectful care.

As a MOA/Clinical Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to advance Nikali clinic's mission of building a connected healthcare experience and work with other team members using your social media skills to make awareness of our exceptional medical and cosmetic care. Reporting to the Medical Director and Clinic Manager, you will play a key role in running the day-to-day operations for the clinic platforms as well as assist with select strategic projects and clinical implementations. Your roles will be:
1- Involved and lead day-to-day clinical operations for Nikali Clinic that could include coordinating the services with physicians, and medical team.

2- Monitor clinical performance and quality, generate ideas, and create social media contents to improve processes as the business grows. The clinical operations team will need to formulize and evolve processes to support new levels of demand as well as new project types and workflows.

Qualifications:

- Graduate degree and/or equivalent experience in the health, Marketing/business and social media is an asset.
- minimum of 1-2 years of experience
- Experienced working with EMR or willing to learn
- Comprehensive understanding of health promotion and the broad social determinants of health is an asset.
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
