**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create, code, review, and post billing for Managed Clients, including assisting with final revisions before issuance.
- Review Concur Expense reports and Concur-generated invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and upload monthly journal entries related to billing activities.
- Respond to inquiries from both external and internal clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide support to customers with disputes or questions regarding invoices or the billing process.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues efficiently. Perform other related duties as assigned.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of billing, accounting, or related administrative experience.
- Familiarity with Concur Expense and billing systems is an asset.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
